  • Ford has resurrected its “Employee Pricing For All” program.
  • The American automaker is slashing the prices of its EVs by up to $4,000.
  • Additionally, F-150 Lightning owners can stack another $10,000 in savings.

Ford is bringing back its popular “Employee Pricing For All” program to combat slumping EV sales, slashing thousands of dollars off the MSRP of the Mustang Mach-E and F-150 Lightning.

The program applies to certain gas cars, too, but the deals on the automaker’s slow-selling EVs can add up to some serious discounts.

With the new incentive, the 2025 Ford Mustang Mach-E starts from $38,000 (including destination), $1,990 lower than the MSRP. Meanwhile, the slightly improved 2026 Mustang Mach-E now starts from $37,863, $1,997 less than the MSRP. That’s obviously cheaper than the outgoing model, but bear in mind that you now have to pay extra for the front trunk that was previously fitted as standard.

The biggest discounts, however, go to the now-discontinued F-150 Lightning electric pickup. The 2025 model starts from $53,646, $4,134 less than the standard MSRP.

All this being said, it’s worth noting that Ford offers other discounts, too, and they can be stacked with the new program for even bigger savings. For instance, the 2025 Mustang Mach-E can be had with an additional $7,000 discount and 0% financing. Meanwhile, the 2026 Mustang Mach-E has a $3,000 discount when financing, but the APR is at least 6.9%

Separately, the 2025 Ford F-150 Lightning is available with up to $10,000 in incentives when financing, with an APR of at least 1.9%. Ford EV customers also get a free Level 2 home charger, non-stop live support, and roadside assistance through the Power Promise Program that debuted in October 2024.

Both programs will run through July 7, depending on participating dealers’ inventory levels. Initially, the "Employee Pricing For All" campaign debuted last spring, but it ditched the cash discounts for 0% down and 0% interest last summer.

Ford’s EV sales have been rough this year, with U.S. numbers falling 61% in the first four months, compared to the same period last year. The F-150 Lightning dropped 67%, while the Mustang Mach-E recorded a 50% drop.

That said, Ford’s entire lineup—gas cars included—hit a rough patch, just like the rest of the American auto industry, with a 14% dip in overall sales in April. The result marked the fourth consecutive month of lower sales compared to last year.
