Stewart Stropp,

As executive director in the J.D. Power Automotive Retail practice, Stewart’s work covers a spectrum of projects and services including enterprise-level strategic consulting, standards development, retail operations consulting (digital and in-store), analysis of consumer behaviors, assessment of marketplace evolution (including electric vehicles), and nationwide speaking tours. His portfolio of clients includes Mercedes-Benz, Jaguar, Land Rover, Porsche, Kia, Mazda, Subaru, BMW, MINI, Volvo, Hyundai, Genesis, Audi, General Motors, Chrysler, Toyota, Lexus, Nissan and Infiniti.

Stewart started his automotive career 23 years ago in the Marketing, Sales, & Service division at Ford Motor Company. After transferring from headquarters to the field to assume several management roles, he returned to headquarters to pursue strategic assignments including Field Operations Manager, Quick Service National Marketing Manager, and Marketing Manager, Global Small Cars.

Stewart holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts.
