Chevy Volt Tops Google's Year-End Trending List in Categories of "New Cars" and "Hybrid and Electric Cars" - Tesla Scores a Top

Says the Chevrolet Volt Facebook page.
So, the Chevy Volt topped two trending Google categories in 2013, but there's an electric automaker out there by the name of Tesla who topped the trending chart for car companies.
By trending, it's meant that both the Chevy Volt and Tesla have seen the largest increase in search volume over 2012 in the respective categories shown and listed on this page.
How does this relate to sales? It doesn't, but it does show us that the search volume for some EVs are obviously on the rise.
