Tesla Owner Turns His Garage Into A Tesla Showroom – Video

If you’re a true Tesla aficionado, what better way to show it than to transform part of your home into a Tesla showroom.

Garage Transformed Into Tesla Showroom

Garage Transformed Into Tesla Showroom

That’s precisely what this Tesla owner is doing, as he’s chosen to transform his garage into something that very closely resembles a Tesla showroom.

Video description:

“Part one of 2, maybe 3 parts…. So much fun doing this. Hope you enjoy!”

We’ll follow up with the additional parts in this video series as they get posted to YouTube (including the just added Β “table and chair” episode below), but in the meantime you can check out Part 1 to get a sense of the progress made thus far.

Teslarati adds some background info for us:

“Model S owner Erik, and man behind the Tesla inventory search app, went as far as purchasing paint in the same Tesla red color after locating the paint code (2087-10) online. Erik also indicated that he purchased the same table-chair combination used across Tesla galleries, further adding to the authenticity of his private showroom.”

Very nice. We have a friend who also has an Oil Free garage and Tesla colors and emblems so you feel like you are at Tesla HQ. Real nice.
He also has Solar to run his home and cars with extra left over. Runs on Solar.

I firmly believe that some commenters here on InsideEVs have transformed their computer rooms and/or bedrooms into something that very closely resembles a Tesla showroom, and I think I know who they are. πŸ˜‰

Better than fuel cell fans who transform themselves into walking hydrogen gas bags, like you’ve done. πŸ˜‰

So I take it that you’ve transformed your bedroom into a Tesla showroom. πŸ˜‰

I’ve seen in the past, excellent examples of ICE cars being kept in “showroom condition”. And, now this, “showroom conditions” keeping EV cars as excellent examples! Will this Teslamania ever become a manageable condition? I can’t see how!

  11. Since my first opportunity to drive an EV way back when –it was an EV1; I have wanted to own an electric car. You may have read my book “ElectriCity BEYOND THE CURVE OF DEREGULATION” which shares the story about my founding the SOLAR DEVELOPMENT COOPERATIVE in 1992. No. Oddly enough, most readers I know seldom if ever read self-published books.

  12. Pushmi-Pullyu says:

Hey, everybody needs a hobby, but seriously, this guy needs to get a life. I mean, how many people spend enough time hanging out in their garage that they need a table and chairs there?

do people now understand what bob lutz meant when he referred to tesla as a cult?
