This year Salon Privé at the Blenheim Palace in UK was great opportunity to see old classics and modern cars side-by-side.

Representing the “modern” electric cars were the Tesla Model S and Model X.

Looking especially stunning was the red Model X with black wheels, a look we don’t often see.

And on the other side of the coin, representing a new build based on a “classic” designed EV, was the three-wheel Morgan UK 1909 Edition EV3 (see full details on the limited edition EV here).

I freakin’ *L O V E* retro-BEVs. 🙂

The Morgan has 3 wheels, so is technically an electric motorcycle. Some other companies are said to be working on this 3 wheel EV concept, because US road standards for motorcycles are easier.

This antique is like a kids EV go-cart with no modern safety features or comfort. The first accident and you feel like a motorcycle fell on you.
