MAY 2 2014 BY ERIC LOVEDAY 5

Remember when we first reported on Stretchla, the ambitious DIY project that involves stripping a salvaged Tesla Model S down to its chassis and drivetrain and then slipping that under a stretched Volkswagen Vanagon?

Well, if you missed our initial post on the subject, then we suggest you click here to get caught up.

After catching up, you’ll still be behind because there’s now even more updates on the progress.

The project is progressing, as you’ll see in these three video updates and several new posts on the Cafe Electric blog.

So, check out the videos and the blog to get up to date on Stretchla.  It’s been a long journey so far, but there’s still lots of work ahead.
