Just in case you thought the Tesla Model S was simply just another vehicle… Perhaps this will change your mind.

Tesla Model S Supercharging. Fast & free to use!

The Telegraph labels the Tesla Model S the most important car in the last 20 years. That’s quite an achievement when you consider that Tesla Motors is a start up company and the Model S has only been available since mid-2012.

That says  a lot, given that several automakers have been in business for approximately 100 years.

We are also highly impressed with the Model S.  It has won lots of rewards and received countless positive reviews/feedback from not only journalists, but from actual owners too. (Model S is the most loved car, per Consumer Reports)

After checking out the video below, do you agree or disagree that the Model S is the most important car in the last 20 years?  Top 10?  Or perhaps it’s even the most important car ever?  Ultimately, history will decide.

TESLA. The paradigm shift in automotive transportation.
To Tesla and beyond!
Moving us forward, onward and upward.

Others are perplexed as Elon takes Tesla into the future, where we all want to go. …and, by the way, we’ve wanted to go there since long before yesterday!

The Model S is definitely in the top ten most important cars ever.

I would rate it #4. The Tesla Roadster would be #3, and Ford’s Model T would be #2.

What is number 1?

The difference between the model S and everything else is the bold decision to build thr best car in history.

Every established auto maker builds cars to fit into specific slots, so right from the beginning, the engineers are given restrictions as to what they can design.

I’d agree with it being the most important car of the last 20 years, but no more than that.

You just can’t get around the Model T, whose name even Tesla can’t claim.

I think it was the EV1 – and the demise of it that lead Elon to realizing People wanted a viable EV, and connected him and motivated him to make this happen!

Some even suggest – if GM did not connect the dots and kill the EV1 – it would not have got so much press, and we still might not have cars like the Model S!
