Rhode Island Gets Its First and Last Tesla Supercharger
A couple of weeks ago, Rhode Island got its first Tesla Supercharger.
Located in East Greenwich, Rhode Island, the Supercharger features 8 charging stalls.
According to Tesla’s forward-looking Supercharger map, this is the only Supercharger slated for Rhode Island through the end of 2015.
Is one Supercharger enough to support the Model S in the US’ smallest state?
- Area: 1,212 square miles
- Size: 37 miles by 48 miles
- Population: ~1 million
- Population density: 2nd highest in US
We doubt that one Supercharger will be enough, but what do you think?
