Weird looking chop job. They couldn’t make a custom taillight assembly that was flush with the top edge of the bed?

Looks like it had to be that high to get the top hinge of the rear doors.

Does the whole car cost 14,500€ or do you pay that just for turning it into a pick-up?

The price seems to be for the whole car but with french incentives included. In Germany the base price for the Kangoo Z.E is 20.300 € (24.157 € after tax).

France has hughe incentives of around 6k €.

With Conti(TM)(R) 4Charger (3,7,11,22,43kWh) AWD and Hatchback available? Please feedback.
Thanks frpm Germany / Odw/ Bergstr.

Nice to see that a pickup conversion is available. Too bad no factory built EV pickup designs are being produced, particularly in US were pickups are the top selling vehicles.

Any details on weight carring capacity? The dump option (picture above) may have some limitations on size of load carried.

The article states 800 kg carring capacity for the ICE-Version and 650 kg for the EV-Version.

I guess with the stiffness of the skate board battery pack it is quite simple to take the roof off a BEV. I have seen convertible Tesla’s and a pick up Leaf. Is Anyone (apart from Smart) doing a convertible EV?

Someone does make an after-market Tesla convertible.

I look forward to a real convertible EV becoming available. Hopefully that MINI Superleggera Vision.
