From the 2016 Ever Monaco , Pariss Electric has unveiled its pre-production version of the  “first connected electric race car“.

Pariss Electric has been trying to introduce its electric car on the market since around 2012, and was even present at the Geneva Motor Show in 2014. It turns out creating an EV and getting it to market isn’t the easiest thing…and now we find ourselves in 2016 with a non-street legal connected electric race car.

Term connected in this case means: cameras, tracking, telemetry and GPS & trajectory.

The Pariss Electric roadster does seem to offer pretty decent performance specs, but at a price of around €100,000:

  • 0-100 km/h (62 mph) in less than 3 seconds
  • 200 km/h (124 mph) top speed
  • AWD with 180 kW or 225 kW of power
  • around 850 kg curb weight
  • 30 kWh battery for about 35-40 minutes of driving

Sales to being before end of this year, while in company eventually hopes to built up to 50-200 sales annually.

  1. Someone out there says:

€100k for a 30 kWh BEV? Surely they are joking?

    1. mr. M says:

Sure. Make it 120.000€ and stuff 50kWh more into it. At that price point it would be way better.

30kWh will be how much laps at the nurbourgring? Maybe two laps with full power? Pitty.
