The time is coming. Many electric pickup trucks are about to come to market.
Just a few years ago, electric cars were few and far between. Sure, there was a decent selection of models out there, but many were only available in some areas and most were smaller cars with minimal range. Exceptions included vehicles produced by Tesla, in addition to some more recent luxury entrants via Audi, Jaguar, and Porsche.
Some automakers have started to bring more compelling, reasonably affordable, longer range small crossovers to market. However, all-electric pickup trucks and larger three-row SUVs are still only a thing of the future, aside from the pricey Tesla Model X.
With that said, just about as soon as a few automakers and startups announced plans for an upcoming electric pickup truck, several others followed suit. AutoGuide com takes a look at what's coming soon.
