Check out this higher quality video of the Tesla Model 3 setting its newest quarter-mile record.
We recently shared a video from JR Garage (linked below) showing the Tesla Model 3 beating its own quarter-mile record. The first time we saw Tesla's small sedan attempt the metric, it was pit against a McLaren 720S, which is not anything close to reasonable competition. Nonetheless, the Model 3 pulled off an impressive 13.58 seconds at 102.04 mph.

The Tesla Model 3 is no performance car, and the current Long Range configuration only has one motor that powers the rear wheels. One would assume that it wouldn't fare very well in this type of setting. The time stated above came as a surprise for sure, and then it got even better. With JR Garage behind the wheel, the baby Tesla pulled off 13.33 seconds at 104.07 mph.
More Model 3
Sure, there are many quicker cars, but this is quite a feat. Now, you get to see it again in typical DragTimes glory, with better quality and a new angle. We can't wait until the dual-motor all-wheel drive Model 3 arrives to strut its stuff.
