The EV Operations Transformation Lead is a core team member of the new BEV Strategy team within Audi of America. This role is a core part of a close team that is responsible for preparing the Audi of America organization for a new era of electrification, beginning with a major BEV product launch toward the end of the decade. This team is responsible for: 1. Developing implementation-ready solutions that resolve the EV “brilliant basics” (known issues holding back EV demand or reducing buyer satisfaction), 2.Introducing transformative ideas to catalyze electric vehicle adoption while establishing Audi as an electric leader. This role will have specific responsibility for re-inventing the EV go-to-market and retail approach. Implementation will occur through close cross-functional collaboration with Sales Operations, Digital Operations, After Sales (including Service, Parts & Accessories), Audi Academy (Training), Regional Operations and Dealers. The ideal individual will be a change agent who can both formulate transformational retail ideas and adapt to the complex realities of implementing change within a complex, multiple stakeholder landscape.
Identify and implement new retail sales and service solutions for major EV launch and future EVs that will follow. Act as a member of the Audi EV Leadership Team, ensuring that the customer and dealer perspective is provided for in all Brand initiatives and strategic plans. Work closely with the General Manager Vehicle Sales to ensure that Sales Operations Managers are working strategically to achieve all sales and customer satisfaction critical targets and increase share of mind for Audi brand. Become an agent of cultural change within the organization to get all key stakeholders to believe and invest in vision of electrification success. Enhance dealer personnel training processes to build strong EV knowledge base / subject matter expertise and create optimal EV customer experience. Oversee the evolution of the Dealer organization to adapt to new electrification opportunity; enable Dealers to meet or exceed Audi customer expectations in line with Audi’s operating standards. Develop new operating standards, where needed. Qualifications

10 years of experience in the Automotive industry. Significant experience leading and directing all facets of sales operations functions including Network, Dealer Relations, Customer Experience, and essentials of CRM. Experience with dealership operations and strong knowledge in vehicle sales and finance. Understanding of After Sales, specifically dealership Service Operations, Parts & Accessories Sales Strong grasp of typical dealership processes and business model Previous Regional and Dealer contact experience Experience in achieving sales targets through program management and influencing skills Solid project management skills Ability to lead in a high pressure environment Desired Specialized Skills:
Experience leading a new function, department or company in a nascent, high-growth area and/or business development experience in a sales-based context Knowledge of electric vehicles, planning/project management experience with automotive OEM launching new EV products; alternatively, experience launching complex technology product Ability to motivate others’ without direct managerial authority / responsibility Experience designing and implementing Sales/Marketing campaigns Experience in Network development Proven improved sales force satisfaction among Dealerships Required Education:
