Rimac Automobili posted this video teaser along with this description to its YouTube channel:

Rimac Automobili was born out of our founder's passion for racing and electric propulsion.

Ever since, we are committed to push the limits.

Now we are officially back on track with a very interesting project that will be revealed soon.

You have just enough hints in this video to figure out what we're up to and what this Monster is capable of :)

Rimac, Monster, track, racing.  There are enough words there to figure out what's going on.  Rimac has teamed with Monster Tajima in an attempt to shatter the record at Pikes Peak.

Electric Autosport made the connection with ease, stating:

Rimac Automobili from Croatia builds electric hyper cars, state-of-the-art powertrain components and currently expands its portfolio with new vehicles like the Greyp Bike. Another project that will be revealed shortly is the 1 MW+ race car that is currently being developed for this year’s Pikes Peak International Hill Climb.

ElectricAutosport.com understands that Nobuhiro ‘Monster’ Tajima is to pilot the powerful electric vehicle. That is also an obvious observation as Tajima was spotted in Rimac workshop recently and the video shows the company’s logo at the steering wheel. The Japanese multiple winner of America’s hill climb competition aims to become the first overall winner with an electric vehicle.

So, yeah, Rimac isn't being that secretive.

The Pikes Peak International Hill Climb takes place on June 28, 2015.

Rimac Automobili and Monster Tajima should officially announced their involvement in Pikes Peak sometime next week.
