In CESVIMAP, the Mapfre Centre for Road Traffic Safety and Research, our task is to conduct research into the automobile, with our greatest efforts targeting repair methodology for the damage occurring as a result of an accident. Subsequently, we pass on the conclusions obtained from this research, through numerous publications and training activities.

CESVIMAP's scope of activity covers the study of passenger cars, industrial vehicles and motorcycles. The Centre's activities are aimed at those working in repair shops, insurance companies, vehicle manufacturers, appraisers, teachers and lecturers, and students on vocational training courses, among others.

So, CESVIMAP studies crashes to focus on required repair methods and passes info it obtains onto insurance companies, repair facilities and others on the repair side of the automotive business.
