After the record September with over 1,900 registrations of all-electric cars, October sales stabilized at 1,501 in France - slightly lower than in October 2013.
1,076 were passenger cars (it seems that there is bug with 1,077 being shown on the infographic to the right) and 425 were light delivery vans.
From the beginning of the year through the end of October, 8,006 passenger electric cars and 3,545 electric delivery vans were registered in Frajnce, which brings us to over 11,500 YTD.
Sales of cars in France fell almost 4% year-ove-year in October, so the stable EV market means that share is growing and now almost reaches 0.7% for passenger cars and over 1.2% for LCVs (light commercial vehicles).
Renault ZOE had an outstanding month, growing by more than 37% year-over-year to 692 registrations in October.
This represents two-thirds of all electric passenger cars sold in France.
4,133 ZOEs were registered this year, which is still over 800 less than in the same period last year, but ZOE is on the rise, so hopefully it will exceed last year's 5,511 result for the full year.
The only other two models that exceeded 100 registrations in France (excluding 274 Renault Kangoo Z.E.) are Nissan LEAF and Bollore Bluecar (both 120).

The state that shows us that Renault ZOE did well in October is the Renault ZOE to Renault Clio ratio, which last month was the highest since the launch of ZOE - 12%.
