A company called nanoFLOWCELL AG announced the world premiere of QUANT e-Sportlimousine - "the First e-Sportlimousine with nanoFLOWCELL® Drive".
Sadly, we don't know what nanoFLOWCELL exactly is or what the heck it means, but we'll all find out together in early March.
"With the new QUANT, head of development Nunzio La Vecchia and his team of engineers and designers are presenting a very special research vehicle: At over 5.25 metres in length, the four-seater sports car offers a unique combination of innovative technology, outstanding design and an entirely new energy storage system: the nanoFLOWCELL® technology. First navigable prototype is set to generate new and innovative ideas for ongoing research into battery development, specifically in the field of flow-cell technology."
The four-seater, sportlimousine. comes with flow-cell battery technology, which can be charged like a normal battery or you can exchange the two chemical components dissolved in liquids and separated by a membrane for let's say fast "charging."
A few years ago, at the Geneva scene, we saw two QUANT concepts - Quant and earlier the Koenigsegg Quant with extraordinary performance on paper (comparable to Tesla Model S in terms of range and acceleration).
Here is the video with QUANT e-Sportlimousine:
And here are photos of the earlier concepts - Koenigsegg Quant from 2009 and Quant from 2010.
