2015 Mercedes-Benz C-Class Gets Revealed in Detroit – PHEV Version Coming Soon
At the unveiling of the new Mercedes-Benz C-Class at the 2014 Detroit Auto Show, M-B execs confirmed that a PHEV version is coming soon.
While few details exist at this time, confirmation of the C-Class PHEV is still music to our ears.
As one of Mercedes-Benz’ cheapest models, the C-Class is still an exceptional automobile and perfect for getting the plug-in treatment.
The all-new C-Class will enter production later this year. It will be first sold as a Model year 2015 offering.
We’d guess that the PHEV will likely trail the launch of the standard C-Class by perhaps one year, so expect to see the PHEV C-Class first offered as a Model year 2016 vehicle.
No additional details on the PHEV C-Class are known at this time.
