BMW i3 Art Car

Up until now, we’ve seen the BMW i3 in several shades of gray, white, black and a vibrant orange. Aside from the orange, you could basically say that the i3 is offered in various grayscale colors. A bit boring, right?

Well, now there’s this masterfully painted BMW i3 art car, which is a bit too bold for our tastes, but at least it’s not gray.

Looks more like GM’s Prototype Bolt, this way…

With a 30kwHr battery that thing would be downright sexy.

I’m not a fan of modern art, but, damn, that looks better than the two-tone.

Looks like he painted over the taillights on the glass hatch panel. I doubt that this paint job would hold up well in the real-world parking battles.

If he sold a wrap kit, I’d love to enliven our Battleship Grey i3.

I never did like the two-tone look.

I like it – ideal wrap option if you buy a used i3 and don’t like the white/grey/black paint.

  8. Say no to boring white/black/silver cars!
