Cargo Capacity Of S Versus X

In this video, Bjorn Nyland and a co-host use banana boxes to compare the cargo capacity of the 6-seat Tesla Model X to the Model S.

Video description:

“Conclusion:

“Model S and X has the same space if 2nd and 3rd row are loaded with cargo. Model X has more space if 2nd row has passengers.”

“Jørgen Winther-Larsen and I test the cargo capacity with Model S and Model X. In this test, I used 6 seat configuration Model X. A 7 seat configuration will have less space and therefore be beaten by a Model S if 2nd row are folded/pushed forward.”

I put 17 banana boxes full of vacuum tubes in my 2013 MS.

Entertaining and informative, as usual. 🙂

“I’m going to put a banana in your stove pipe”

“Are you flirting with me?”

“Shee it”

“We can fold down the back seats in your X”

“Ha Ha”

I have to say that as stupid as this was I actually found it entertaining. Had to skip ahead during the first packing though, as Bjørn edits with a very light hand..!

My conclusion is that Bjorn has too much free time. Get a job Bjorn.

A third job you mean? Considering that he is working at a university and for a delivery service company.

Unless he’s gone full on pro youtuber by now that is.

“Whoa. Watch the interior!”

LOL. That’s why SparkEV is so much superior to Tesla. You don’t have to walk on egg shells to use it. Squeeze the boxes? Eat in the car? Dogs slobbering on the way to the dog beach? NO PROBLEM!

Very well done, very real-world situation, and you guys have charming accents!

Yes, we have no bananas, we have no bananas today.

Bad monkey, no banana 😉

That is why I (and CR) love the Model S but we don’t love the Model X nearly as much.

It isn’t living up to the “U” part of its label…
