33 miles electric range, in which century Audi lives…

What an ugly piece of feces! Don’t y’all love those, “here’s what we could build if we wanted to” concept cars? Some are pointed at competitors to try to instill fear, or instigate similar exercises wherein cars are mocked up that they have no intention of building? This is, “Hey Tesla, we’re watching you!” – stuff. A V-8?! This is what the Germans need to reach 60mph in 3.5 seconds? Come on guys – you are supposed to be the best mechanical engineers in the world! If I were Tesla, I’d Tweet my pants off that this car represents the very best the legacy automakers can come up with to provide the beautiful things a Model S can – a car that has been in production for years! This joke is still a glint in Audi’s eye, for Gawd’s sakes! – And it gulps liquid fuel you pay dearly for in an engine with hundreds of oily parts that need maintenance, repair and replacement! Tesla goes like stink, seats up to 7 and has 2 trunks and a humongous touchscreen that makes umpteen confusing buttons and mice obsolete. Add a fast-growing network of fueling stations where you don’t have to… Read more »

Why the hating?
This car gets 98 US mpg!
It beats the Prius on fuel efficiency, is P1 like fast, and to me at least it’s quite good looking.

Chinese don’t seem to buy cars for environmental reasons. So it’s either massive regulation and incentives or high performance that will get the EVs into China.
High performance is nicer.

Huge, expensive and a V-8. I don’t believe the Chinese people are stupid and this concept car is stupid. You imply hate or hatred as if I had a problem fanboy-wise with the automaker or it’s country of origin.

Highly untrue. I just make judgments based upon comparison and you cannot refute any of my statements. Realists don’t do “hate”.

If this thing truly U.S. EPA rated at 98MPGe
I would eat a slug.

How much gas does it burn getting to 60 in 3.5s?

concept cars…. blah

Meh…a V-8 with a 14kwh battery…why bother at all? What is the wheelbase on this pig? It looks more like a 3+ year old bloated crossover than a concept car. Next!
