Bridgestone has electrified its fleets with the addition of BMW i3s.

The tire maker says that it added a number of BMW i3 BEVs to its fleet at its European headquarters near Brussels.

Additionally, Bridgestone equipped its headquarters with charging stations so that the shared electric BMWs can be recharged on site.

According to Bridgestone, the presence of electric vehicles in its fleet underlines its faith in the concept of sustainable mobility.

Bridgestone is the sole tire supplier for the BMW i3.  Those skinny tires are no doubt part of what makes the BMW i3 the world’s most efficient electric vehicle.

    That’s a nice looking building!

Tesla should pursue agreements with tire manufacturers for the 21″ size which are just few. Tesla could bring 20″ wheel size turbine style, plenty tires to choose from.
